We knew what we wanted to achieve, but we weren’t quite sure what sort of person would be the right fit for the academy. Olive helped us work that out, did the legwork and found someone who slotted into the team really well. It saved us a heap of time and made the whole process much easier.

Olive understood that we needed people who would be reliable, willing to learn and fit in well with the team. The people they’ve brought us have done exactly that. They’re easy to deal with, responsive and some of the hires we’ve made through Olive have been among our best in years.

Olive gets the kind of people we need - capable, dependable and able to work well across our different teams. They’ve helped us find the right talent and build teams across different countries. More importantly, they take a lot of the work off our managers, so they can stay focused on running the business while we continue to grow and expand.
